The Watson Institute values its workforce, and we demonstrate that by supporting the personal and professional growth of our employees. A component of the benefits package offered to full-time employees is our tuition reimbursement program.
How do I earn Tuition Reimbursement?
As a full-time employee of at least six (6) months at the Watson Institute you have access to the Tuition Reimbursement program. Wondering if you are eligible for reimbursement of post-secondary coursework? Check out the program guidelines below:
- Employees must have completed paperwork with signed approval from their supervisor and the Chief Human Resources Officer at least two (2) weeks before starting classes
- Coursework leading to a degree must be linked to the business priorities of the Watson Institute
- Courses must be accredited by a nationally-recognized accrediting body by an accrediting institution that meets all U.S. Department of Education eligibility requirements
- Employee must finish coursework with at least a B grade or “pass” in a pass/fail course
If you meet the above requirements, you may be eligible to access up to $4,000 in tuition reimbursement each calendar year!
We understand the importance of making an investment in our workforce. In return, we ask that employees who receive tuition reimbursement share the knowledge and expertise they gained by staying on as a full-time employee for at least a year after they’ve completed their coursework.
Together, we can provide students with special needs and mental health challenges exceptional programs and supportive services to help them achieve positive outcomes!
